DIY Pita Bread

General Details:

Age: 3 – 10

Duration: 30 minutes

Suitable for: birthday, class party, free time.

Ingredients for 6 dough balls:
2 cups of flour
6 tablespoons of white cheese
6 tablespoons of olive oil
Some salt
A rolling pin
Dough cutters / "shapers"
Baking dish
Parchment paper

Making the dough:
Put all ingredients in a bowl and knead (for about 5 minutes) until you get soft, unified
dough, Add some lukewarm water if needed.


Activity Instructions:
Each participant receives a ball of dough, rolls it with the rolling pin and creates different shapes.

At the end of the preparation, each participant puts the shapes of the dough he created in the baking pan.
Baking time is about 8 minutes (depends on the thickness) at 200 C.
