Materials:
A Chinese lamp print (download available)
Toilet paper
Crepe paper (not a must)
A fishing line
Glue
Scissors
Beads (not a must)

Parent Instructions:
Print one of the Chinese lamps. at the bottom of the page there are three different links for
different designs.

Activity Instructions:
Glue the crepe paper around the toilet paper roll or color the roll as you wish.
Cut the The marked lines on the printed page.
Glue the top and bottom of the Page to the toilet paper roll and shape it into a ball (see picture).
Make two parallel holes in the toilet paper roll, thread the fishing line and create a loop at the tip of the fishing line to hang the lamp.
Beads can be added.
